She has been a yoga instructor over the last nine years, and her extensive knowledge of yoga and the body has landed her opportunity to train thousands of students internationally. Deanna’s unique style makes the practice accessible for anyone just starting their fitness journey to the highly trained athletic body. Her classes will leave you feeling stretched and strengthened and connected to your body in a new way.
Power Yoga
This class offers a full body workout that helps to both strengthen and stretch. Learn the essentials of breath and alignment to gain greater overall body awareness, mental clarity and focus, as well as, greater range of motion.
