WELCOME BACK.  We’d like to outline to you what West End AC offers.

Membership Options 
OPEN GYM Membership

An OPEN GYM Membership allows for unlimited access to Open Gym sessions (60 minutes).  You have full access to our High Performance Training Space which includes cardio, strength, and boxing equipment during pre-booked sessions. You also have use of change-room, showers and day lockers.
$150 per month (billed monthly) 

UNLIMITED Membership 
An Unlimited Membership gives you everything an OPEN GYM membership offers plus  unlimited Group Classes (50 minutes) on the schedule.
$220 per month (billed monthly)

All OPEN GYM and GROUP CLASSES must be pre-booked prior to coming to the gym.

Private Training
Private training at West End AC is customized to meet your desired goals.  In your sessions you will sharpen your skills, build new technique, and work to improve your over-all well-being at your own pace.  

Our private training is offered in a variety of formats. We offer standard Private and Semi-Private training with a coach.  West End AC also gives private training for Small Group (3-5 people), Sports Teams, Schools, and Corporate/Group Wellness Training

Private Training is available in: Boxing, Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, Weight Training, Body Building, and Personal Training.

Private Training is scheduled based on your availability and the availability of your coach. 

Group Classes (16 years old and over)
Group classes at West End are divided into the following categories:  

Fitness Boxing 
Fitness Boxing covers the fundamentals of boxing with the benefit of high intensity interval training, or HIIT. We focus on the basics, including punch combinations, footwork drills, and plyometrics. The incorporation these exercises helps to improve your cardio, endurance, core conditioning, flexibility, strength, and hand-eye co-ordination. There is no boxing experience required to participate in a class. 
50 minutes per class (Non-Contact)

Technical Boxing 
Technical Boxing focuses on boxing techniques combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT).  There is no boxing experience required to participate in a class.

Body Sculpting 
Body Sculpting is an introduction to strength training, weightlifting, and functional movements. We focus primarily on incorporating different styles of training, which are used to maintain overall-health and -wellbeing and sculpt your desired physique. There is no experience required to participate in a class.

Kickboxing 
Kickboxing at West End AC introduces basic fundamentals, such as proper stance, punches, kicks, and knees. A session incorporates core and interval training, while also including footwork drills and body weight exercises. There is no kickboxing experience required to participate in a class.

Youth Boxing Program (10-15 years of age, Co-Ed)
Our Youth Boxing Program teach the fundamentals of boxing. Our sessions feature basic movements and punches, as well as footwork and punch combinations. Aside from building on proper technique and skill, our youth classes are also dedicated to developing a child’s self-esteem, confidence, work ethic and discipline.   
45 minutes per class (Non-Contact)

YOUTH BOXING Students meet 3 times each week:

  • Tuesdays from 4:30pm – 5:15pm
  • Thursdays from 4:30pm – 5:15pm
  • Saturdays from 1:00pm – 1:45pm

$265 per month (billed monthly)  2-month minimum commitment with a 30-day written cancellation notice. 

Open Gym Sessions
Here at West End AC, we offer full access to our state-of-the-art High Performance Training Space and all Boxing Equipment with the purchase of a membership plan.
Open Gym Membership or Unlimited Membership required.
