Michael lives and breathes fitness! If he’s not in the gym personal training, he is in the gym training himself. He loves to share and educate his knowledge and past experiences regarding fitness with others to help them reach their individual goals, to make them a better version of themselves. With a strong background in anatomy, human biomechanics, nutrition and personal training, he is fully equipped for the fitness industry.
Favourite Pre-Workout Fuel:
1 cup of egg whites, 50g of oatmeal, 1 banana, 1tbsp of natural peanut butter
Favourite Post-Workout Fuel:
Morning: Almond milk, Vanilla Greek yogurt, Frozen Mixed berries, Baby spinach, 1tbsp of natural peanut butter
Afternoon: 200g basmati rice, 250g Grilled chicken, 75g Steamed broccoli, 1.5 tbsp of grape seed oil, 65g diced pineapple
Favourite Rest Day Fuel:
“Anything breakfast food!”
4 eggs, skillet potatoes, bacon or breakfast sausage, toast, chocolate chip banana pancakes, strawberry, blueberry, banana pancakes
