HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

This class is a very high intensity workout in which you will experience intense conditioning while utilizing various equipment including kettle bells, rowing machines, and battle ropes. You will learn correct methods for EXPLOSIVE movements that will increase your heart rate into the FAT BURNING ZONE! This class consists of HITT (high intensity interval training) that will increase your explosive cardio threshold. You will experience an incredible overall workout with extreme benefits including fat loss and an improved level of conditioning.
