West End AC proudly offers a High-Performance Summer Training Program for Athletes.

Program details include:

  • July and August
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am – 11:30am
  • 2 x 45 minute sessions each day
  • Nutrition Education
  • Yoga & Stretching
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • Fundamentals of Boxing
