Coach Miguel and West End Athletic Club are excited to share young Isla’s accomplishments! 

At the age of 13 years old, Coach Miguel describes Isla as one of his hardest working athletes, she trains twice a day between strength and conditioning and skills training; while attending school full-time.

Her hard work has paid off as a Team Canada Taekwondo Athlete, she won a Gold at the Canada Open in Vancouver, B.C., and a Bronze medal at the US Open in Las Vegas, NV. Her sights are set on the Pan Am Games next!
