Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 29, 2026. This policy applies to everything you can post or send on westendac.com: comments and likes on event pages such as Friday Night Fights, the members area, the chat, and our forms.
Not allowed
- Spam, bulk messages or advertising.
- Pretending to be someone else, including another member, a coach or the club.
- Illegal content, threats, harassment, hate or sexual content.
- Fake or paid reviews, or reviews written on someone else's behalf.
- Posting another person's personal information without their consent.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the site, the members area or our booking tools.
What we do about it
We may remove content that breaks this policy without notice. If an account breaks it, we may suspend or close that account. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email info@westendac.com with a link or a description.
