Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026. This policy explains how West End Athletic Club ("we") handles personal information collected through westendac.com, the members area, our chat and our text messages, in line with Canada's PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).

What we collect
- Forms (the 3 Classes for $30 offer, the pop-up, the sign-up box at the end of blog articles, youth and women's pages): your name, email, phone number and the answers you choose to give, plus the page and the ad or link you came from.
- Chat: what you write in the chat window and the contact details you share there.
- Text messages: your phone number and the messages we exchange, for example to confirm your intro classes.
- Members area: your account details and what you record there, such as classes logged, goals and results.
- Event pages: likes, comments and the name you post them under, and your email if you ask to hear about the next event.
- Bookings: details you give our scheduling provider when you book a class.
- Visit data: pages viewed, device and browser, and referral source, through the tools listed in our Cookie Policy.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) only to sign you in. We do not use Google user data for advertising and we never sell, rent or trade it.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and set up your intro classes, to book and manage your training, to run the members area and event pages, to send you information about classes and offers where you have agreed or the law allows, and to measure and improve our website and advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process information for us and only on our instructions: our CRM, chat and text-message platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our scheduling provider (Acuity Scheduling), our website host (Vercel), our members-area database (Supabase), Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement, and our marketing provider, 8ight.AI. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
Every cookie and tracking tool is listed in our Cookie Policy. You can turn off analytics and marketing tools at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, payment records), and then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time: see Data Deletion Request.
Your rights
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time (use the unsubscribe link, reply STOP to a text, or contact us). If you live in Quebec, you also have the right to be informed about how your information is used, to ask that it be transferred to you in a commonly used format where possible, and to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information. Elsewhere in Canada you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To make any request, email info@westendac.com. We reply within 30 days.
Protecting your information
We use service providers with industry-standard security, limit access to the people who need it, and use secure connections (HTTPS) across the site.
