Data Deletion Request
Effective October 29, 2026. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
How to ask
Email info@westendac.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your full name and the email address or phone number you used with us, so we can find your records.
What happens next
- We confirm the request comes from you before we delete anything.
- We delete your information from our website systems, our CRM and the members area, and ask the service providers who process it for us to do the same.
- We reply within 30 days.
What we may keep
We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as payment and tax records, or that we need to resolve a dispute. We keep them only for as long as required.
